We will be studying ecosystems.

Animal Project


You will choose an animal to research.  Use books, magazines, encyclopedias, 
and the internet to get information about your animal.   (Please note: 1-You 
may not print information from the computer as your project 2- You must keep 
a list of the sources you used)

Project Requirements:

1-	Animal information
A.	Description- Imagine no one has ever seen this animal. Use clear 
language that explains what your animal looks like.
B.	Information about its habitat.
C.	What does your animal eat? What eats your animal? Make a food chain.
D.	How it gets its food and other adaptations that enable your animal 
to survive in its environment.  Is it endangered?
E.	WOW! facts about your animal.

2) A picture or model of your animal in its habitat

3) A world map showing where your animal lives.  Label the continents and 
color the area where your animal lives.

4) Game, puzzle, or poem related to your animal.



You need to take your research and create a display that is neat and easy to 
read.  Some ideas include a poster board display, habitat display, video, or 
Power Point slide show.  Please remember that all of your information must 
be in your own words.  Neatness and creativity are important. Make this your 
very best work! Have fun!
