Dear Parents,
Each month your child receives a reading calendar. On the back of the sheet there is a
place to record the books they have read and a place for your initials. Please make sure this is
completed and handed in at the end of the month. This is part of your child's reading grade and
there are several students who have not handed in their assignment. If you have lost the
calendar, just record what they have read on a piece of paper. This assignment is not only
important but instrumental in helping your child to become a better reader. Thank you again for
all your assitance!
