I have been a gifted resource teacher for 14years, and at John B. Dey for 9 years. My charge is Kindergarten, Fourth and Fifth Grades. I love this job because I am working with the best and the brightest that John B. Dey has to offer!
I am married and have two children, a 24 year old daughter who graduated from James Madison University and is in San Diego attending the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine...a four year program with 3 more years to go. My son is 28 years old and is a graphic designer and a graduate of USC Film School. Of course they are both gifted!
I am an entrepreneur, starting a company this year called Learning Lens. We make discovery kits for kids with visual tools inside and journals to capture the experience in an unusul way. The kits are available now!
Many of you will see me at our fabulous local gym, Inlet Fitness, or at Farm Fresh or Food Lion Stores. That is because I too live in this wonderful neighborhood! I love to bike, run, read and bead. I am very active with Destination Imagination, a problem-solving team organization for kids.
