This will be my tenth year teaching Second Grade. I truly love teaching
and look forward to school each day. The children make my job very
rewarding. I enjoy developing positive relationships with my students. They
always amaze me with their flexibility and enthusiasm. In addition, we have
a very exciting and challenging curriculum. We have many opportunities to be
creative and "hands on".
I am married to a teacher and have a five year old son named Cameron. He is
starting Kindergarten this year. I also have a baby named Mason. He will
turn one in September. He is the happiest baby I have ever met.
During my free time, I like to run, travel, shop, listen to music, and spend
time with my family. Currently, I am training to run the Rock and Roll 1/2
Marathon this September. My goal is to cross the finish line in one piece.
In ten years, I still see myself teaching Second Grade
in room 23. My classroom has the best view in the entire school. This is the
best place to be!
Everyone in Mrs. Violette's class will succeed and meet their full
potential. Students will take ownership and responsibility for their
behavior and learning. Students will learn how to cooperate and respectfully
get along with others. All individuals will be accepted and respected.
Everyone will feel safe and secure. You will rise to the top. In this class,
