Homework is VERY important in your child’s learning and is given every
Monday - Thursday. Your child will also be expected to read for at least 15
minutes each night as well as complete any homework assigned. It is VERY
IMPORTANT that you check your child’s homework nightly!! Missing homework
assignments will affect student’s grades and result in a loss of recess or
free time for that day. If an emergency occurs in your family making
homework impossible, please send me a note.
Spelling Homework is as follows:
Monday - Rainbow Writing (write your words 5 times using different colors)
Tuesday - ABC Order (put your words in alphabetical order)
Wednesday - Spelling Sentences (choose 5 words and write a sentence for each)
Thursday - Practice Spelling Test (practice your words and sentences)
Friday - SPELLING TEST!!
