Dear English 9 and Honors English 9 Students and Parents:

Here are some announcments:

 

Due to mandatory afterschool faculty meetings this week, I will be unable to hold afterschool tutoring.  Therefore the late work (test and quiz grades only) deadline has been moved to Thursday, November 5.  This is also the date of my next afterschool tutoring session.

 

I will post current English grades tomorrow. 

 

Binders are due Wednesday and Thursday.  These are a test grade.

 

Regular English 9 has a short fiction test Wednesday and Thursday.

 

Honors English 9 will be presenting storyboard projects on Wednesday.  This project is a test grade.

 

As we approach the end of the nine weeks, students may become stressed  with nine week exams, nine week projects and general coursework commitments.  I encourage a relaxed, steady approach to this challenge; There is also value in getting a good night's sleep and eating balanced meals.
