Mrs. Barcroft has been teaching for twenty-one years, and Landstown High
School is by far the BEST place to be! She graduated from Kempsville High
School, and then received her BS from Old Dominion University, and her MS
from Regent University. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her
family; they
all enjoy camping, boating, and fishing. Her hobbies include motorcycling,
gardening, music,and playing with her Jack Russell Terriers, Rascal and
Harley.
"I am very fortunate to say that I truly LOVE what I do, and that's good. I
heard that if you want to be
happy for a week, you win the lottery... but if you want to be happy for
your life, love what you do! The students and teachers at our school are the
BEST people ever. I look forward to another great year at Landstown."
To instill awe and respect for life and the study of life... to learn how to
learn... and to uncover the secrets of biological science as proposed by the
standards of their respective courses (AP Biology/College Board, or Biology-
Virginia SOL's), preparing all students to meet and exceed those
requirements, and to provide all students with a superior science course in
a public high school.
