~ We will be having a Mali CMS test on Wednesday, January 9th. This
test is only 10 questions and is very simple. The students are experts on
Mali by now so please do not worry about cramming for this test! They are
ready!!!

Math: Students will continue using U.S. and Metric Units to measure
length. (mile, kilometer, centimeter, inch, ½ inch, ¼ inch) They will use
ruler, yardsticks, etc…to measure the perimeter of objects. They will also
be exploring the characteristics of triangles, quadrilaterals, and angles,
including angle measurement.
Social Studies
~ We will continue reviewing Mali. Our very short Mali CMS test will be on
Wednesday, January 9th. It is only 10 questions and they are experts so
please do not worry about cramming for this test!!!
Science: We will begin our unit on Matter.

Spelling:
Monday: Write the present form of each spelling word in cursive. For
example:
/asked/ = ask (present)
/shouted/ = shout (present)
Tuesday: Write one sentence for each spelling word. You will have 15
sentences when you are finished. You may include more than one spelling word
in a sentence if you wish. Circle or highlight the spelling word(s) in the
sentence.

Wednesday: Write spelling words in ABC order. ***Read fluency passage and

Social Studies:
Tuesday: Study for Greece Mali CMS test on Wednesday!!!
