What is the difference between an ITC and a TSS?

An ITC (Instructional Technology Coach) is a certified teacher
who is there to support all of your technology integration needs. An ITC can
co-teach, model, coach, or support you in the classroom or in a lab setting,
and assist you as you plan your lessons or units.

A TSS (Technology Support Specialist) is there to assist you with any hardware
or network issues. You should contact the TSS in your building if you have
problems with your computer, network connections, printers etc.
