The purpose of this webquest is not only to teach you Newton’s Laws but also
to give you an opportunity to Analyze, Synthesize and Evaluate the Laws by
developing an original product that demonstrates and teaches one of the Laws
to your classmates. Do you remember Bloom’s Taxonomy? We discussed it in
class frequently.
To start, you are going to investigate 3 web site groups,
1. Explanation and Discussion of Newton’s Laws
2. Simple and Complex Applications of Newton’s Laws
3. Sample Experiments applying Newton’s Laws
You will be divided into three groups, one for each Law. At completion of
your investigation, your are going to;
1. Prepare a presentation to explain the principle and important aspects
of your assigned law and deliver the presentation to the other two groups.
2. Design an experiment to test your assigned law for the other two
groups to execute.
