Welcome to the 2012-2013 school year. I look forward to getting to know you
over the next nine months. It should be an exciting year to study government
due to the presidential and congressional elections. Will the nation fall
off the fiscal cliff or will this be the year when the stalemate is broken
and both parties find some common ground for the good of the country? Stay
