This is my tenth year at PVI after retiring from the Fairfax County School
System with thirty five years of teaching experience. I spent my years
working at Frost Intermediate, W.T. Woodson, and Herndon High Schools. I,
presently, reside in Chantilly, am married, and have two sons. I really
have enjoyed my stay at Paul VI. I find the students wanting to learn, the
parents eager to help us teach their sons and daughters, and the staff
desirous of providing an A-one educational experience.
I want to help my students learn as much as they can of the math skills
necessary to move on to a next level of study; and to do so in a COURTEOUS,
COOPERATIVE, and CONSISTENT manner. Math can be a difficult study, so I
will try to make it relate to real experiences when possible. Expectations
are at a very high level for both me and my students, and I know we will
have a great year with an ethic of DESIRE, DETERMINATION, and HARD WORK.
