Wednesday night - Working on Ch 7 packet in class & home/due Mon.

Thursday night - Working on Ch 7 packet in class & home/due Mon.

Weekend - Ch 7 packet due Mon. for open packet quiz on Monday

Science Fair Project may start anytime. Abstract due early January. 

                               EXTRA CREDIT FIRST SEMESTER

The extra credit for first semester is to read "Silent Spring" by Rachel 
Carson (copyright 1962).

In addition to reading the book, a one and a half, single spaced "position paper" is necessary 
(an "argument") in which you will discuss your position (pro or con) on a selected subject 
covered in the book.

In addition, print out the question sheet related to the book from this website. These 
questions have to be answered and submitted with the paper. ALL are necessary for credit.

The Extra-Credit assignment is due by 3:00 pm. Friday, 9 January 2009. NOTHING is accepted after 
that time and date.
