Where do I find the Secondary School Report?
The Secondary School Report can be in several places. Usually it is at the end of your college application and will be called "Secondary School Report" or "To be completed by Counselor or Principal". Sometimes the page(s) are at another location on the website and you need to download it separately.Back to Top
The deadline for a course change has long passed. However, students who are recommended by their teacher for a level change can apply for it. You need to complete a "Course Change Form" found either on the Guidance Website, under "download forms" or pick-up a form on the small table just outside the Guidance Suite. Make sure you have parts 1 and 2 completed before you come and see me for a signature. I will not sign a blank form!Back to Top
