Greetings everyone!
Welcome to a new decade! Remember, your 2nd quarter isn't over for a few
more weeks so you can still push for a better grade. Your first semester
grade is calculated as follows: 1st & 2nd qtr = 40%, your semester exam =
20% - add them all together to make your first semester grade.
SENIORS:
You can begin dropping off transcript requests on Monday, January 4th.
Finish up any last minute or incomplete paperwork and get it all submitted.
If you requested first semester grades to be sent, they will go out the end
of Jan/beginning of Feb. Your GPA will re recalculated once all semester
grades have been verified by the Academic Office. As always, please contact
us with any questions or concerns regarding your transcripts, applications,
etc.
JUNIORS:
The week of January 11th there will be a two day classroom lesson with a
School Counselor. Shortly after that week expect to get a pass from your
Counselor for a 1:1 meeting to discuss personal concerns regarding the
college application process.
SOPHOMORES:
Feel free to come by and see me if you need to. Counselors will
be working with you in March.
FRESHMAN:
Everyone has been sent at least two passes to come and see me for a get-to-
know you session. If you were not able to meet with me or want a second
appointment, please come by my office and get on my calendar.
Always remember that we are never too busy to meet with anyone. Visitors are
