WHAT'S A "ROUND ROBIN"?

A "Round Robin" is a collaborative communication process which has the goal
of further helping address the student's academic needs. Generally, the
parents request one when there is an issue concerning their student. The
after school meeting includes the teachers, guidance counsellor, parents,
ASP teachers, and sometimes the student.

If you would like to schedule a "Round Robin" please contact your student's
guidance counsellor. Guidance will coordinate the meeting.

PARENTS:

(1) Extra study help is available after school during a supervised STUDY
HALL. This is open to all students Monday thru Friday.

(2) Weekly progress reports can be obtained from the school website,
guidance, or ASP. If you would like to implement weekly progress reports
please contact the ASP teachers. The student is responsible for presenting
the report to each teacher. Also, the student is responsible for bringing
the form directly home to the parent.

(3) All students are to bring to class on a daily basis a flash drive or a
floppy disk. This is needed in order to save work.

(4) All students must report on time to class. If a student is late
without a pass, then a detention is given.

(5) Supplies MAY NOT be taken out of the room.

                             Thank you.
                             Ms. Gretz
