All About Ms. Wheeler

Well, this will be my 6th year teaching @ PVI as the Art Teacher.  I teach 6 
separate classes ranging from Introduction to Art-A.P. Art(Drawing or 2D 
Design).  I grew up in Connecticut and moved here in 1998 to attend The 
Catholic University ofAmerica.  I graduated in 2002 and recieved my B.A. in 
Art/Secondary Education.  Not only do I teach @ PVI but I coach as well.  I 
am the Head Coach for the JV Softball team.  I love to paint(of course!), going to the movies, 
spending time with my friends and family, traveling(I've been to Greece, Portugal, Mexico, St.Thomas, 
Peru, Canada, Puerto Rico,  and this Christmas I am going to the wonderful country of South 
Africa!),cooking,laughing and watching TV!  I look forward to this year and seeing/meeting all my 
students!!

Mission For The Class

For all my students to walk away knowing that they gained knowledge and skill in reference to art but 
had fun as well!
