Well, this will be my 7th year teaching @ PVI as the Art Teacher. I teach 7
separate classes ranging from Introduction to Art-A.P. Art(Drawing or 2D
Design) to Art History. I grew up in Connecticut and moved here in 1998 to
attend The Catholic University of America. I graduated in 2002 and recieved
my B.A. in Art/Secondary Education. Not only do I teach @ PVI but I coach as
well. I am the Head Coach for the JV Softball team. I love to paint(of
course!), going to the movies, spending time with my friends and family,
traveling(I've been to Hawaii, Greece, Portugal, Mexico,St.Thomas, Peru,
Canada, Puerto Rico, and I am hoping this coming spring I'll be going to Hong
Kong to visit my brother. I also love cooking,laughing and watching TV! I
look forward to this year and seeing/meeting all my students!!
For all my students to walk away knowing that they gained knowledge and skill
in reference to art and
art history but had fun as well!
