Mr. Kennedy U.S. History II, 7th Grade

The time has come for the US History SOL that will take place on Thursday May 3rd.

Here are a few tips that will help you get through this stressful time of year.   

• Use your time wisely especially the last few days of class before the test.  Listen carefully to the teachers-they really want you to do well.
• Read over your study guide and try to organize the information so that it makes sense to you.. Ask your parents or older sibling to quiz you on some of the facts.
• Draw a picture or use other words that mean the same thing to help you understand the information.  It is easier to recall things when you have a clear understanding of the events.
• Lastly,  just like all of your teachers, I have confidence in your abilities and believe that all of your efforts will pay off this Thursday.
