Welcome to Third Grade!
Just a reminder to have your child CORRECT all TEST papers
and for you, the parent, to sign and return them for an extra credit daily grade of 95.
If paper are not corrected, then extra credit will not be given.
Please continue to send in Box Tops for Education and Labels for Education.
Parents please begin review SOL handouts given at Open House. Take an SOL from each subject and reveiw the Essential Knowledge and Understanding. As your child understands the information, then move on to another SOL.
CHECK YOUR CHILD'S GRADES USING www.engrade.com. If you do not have the password for your child contact me by email and I will send it.
SOL Tests will be during the Week of May 7-11. Please review the SOL Ring sent home for Science and Social Studies, as well as, the salmon colored review handout for math. Please encourage your child to do his/her very best.
Third Grade Testing Schedule is as follows:
Monday, May 7, 2012 Reading SOL
Tuesday, May 8, 2012 Math SOL
Wednesday, May 9, 2012 Social Studies SOL
Thursday, May 10, 2012 Science SOL
Last day of school will be on Friday, May 25, 2012. Both Thursday, May 24th and Friday, May 25th will be half days with early dismissals.
