My name is Katie Stark. This is my 6th year to teach Kindergarten, and I
absolutely LOVE it!! This is my 2nd year to teach at Riverview. Other than
teaching in Virginia, I have also taught in both Mississippi and Texas. My
husband, Casey Stark, is the pastor at Vansant Baptist Church. We have two
beautiful children. Molly is 3 and Max is 2.
My hobbies include spending time with my family, going to church and
volunteering my time there with our children's program (I'll be happy to
share more with you about that!! I love having my kids from school come and
join in on the fun at church, too!!) I also enjoy being crafty... I love to
paint.
My goal is to help your child's first experience in school to be a POSITIVE
one that will help them to love learning for the rest of their lives! I also
want to make sure that they feel safe and loved.
