Algebra I is considered the equivalent of a high school level algebra class.
As such, I expect the students to use appropriate behavior, follow the
school-wide Code of Conduct and use christian behavior at all times. It is
my expectation that we will have a cooperative learning environment in
addition to teacher-led instruction. Students have different learning styles
and to the extent possible, these will be taken into account through a
variety of instructional means.
The Algebra Exemption Exam was originally scheduled for June 2. Since this is
the day of confirmation for St. Timothy students, we have arranged with PVI
to administer the exemption exam on Thursday, May 31 during school hours.
There will be no other final scheduled for this day. Both seventh and eighth
grade students will be allowed to take the exemption exam at this time.
