IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE TRADITIONAL WINTER UNIFORM
The Elementary school uniform may be worn this year by 6th graders. It includes the following:
Sixth graders have the option this year to wear the Middle School uniform:
Please note the differences in the color of sweaters and the style of shirts. STUDENTS MAY NOT MIX AND MATCH THEIR UNIFORMS. Sweaters in the Elementary uniform are optional but are the ONLY garments that may be worn if the student is cold inside. Students MUST wear the SCHOOL sweatpants and sweatshirts on P.E. days.
ATTENTION ALL STUDENTS AND PARENTS! The following has been copied from the "Uniform Policy" section of the St. Timothy School Webpage. Please make sure you abide by these rules. The bold print is from the school webpage; pay particular attention to what I've highlighted.
All Grades: • Under no circumstances is it acceptable for underclothes to be showing. • Skirts, skorts, and dresses must be within two inches of the crease in the back of the knee • No make-up is permitted. • Only clear nail polish is allowed. • One pair of small, stud earrings only are permitted. • Students may wear a simple necklace with a medal or cross. • Hair should be cut so that it is not in the student’s vision. • Boys’ hair should be trimmed above shirt collar length. • No hair dye, highlights, temporary, semi-permanent or permanent hair colorations are permitted. • Uniform violations will be issued to those students who are not uniform compliant. • Church participants must be in uniform or wearing dress up day clothing. • PE uniforms will not be permitted for church participants.
