4th - 8th Students and Parents

Congratulations to all students for training, and devoting their best effort during their mile run. It has been a joy teaching the 4th, 5th, and middles school students. I hope that each person enjoyed PE, and discovered at least one new physical activity they are interested in pursuing. Socially, my hope is that you continue to encourage one another, and realize that everyone has different strengths and weaknesses. We should love and support one another, and be honest and hard-working individuals. Use positive self-talk to encourage yourself and make small, gradual improvements on your health and fitness, and on your own flaws that keep you from reaching your full potential. Devote most of the day to working hard to accomplish things and on self improvement, but also take time to enjoy. Try to incorporate physical activities each day, because they make you feel good, and lead to a happier, healthier life.
