Can you believe the school year is almost over? As your child's third grade
school year comes to a close, here are a few dates to keep in mind. Please
let me know if you are able to help with any of the following.
June 12th -12:00-2:00pm: FIELD DAY
All third grade students have been asked to wear their "Temples and Tombs" T-
shirt for this event. They will also need a towel, sunscreen, a bag lunch,
snack, and water bottle. The cafeteria will be closed during our lunch time
so we will have a picnic in the classroom. If you are interested in helping
out during the field day events, please let Mr. Cassidy know.
June 16th – 8:45 – 10:00 am: COFFEE HOUSE POETRY READING
We would love for you to come join us and listen to the poetry we have
written. Some people have been asked to bring in juice, cups, napkins, donut
holes, and/or mini muffins.
June18th – END OF THE YEAR PARTY
We will celebrate our successful school year with a party this day. We will
have a picnic lunch in the room and play games. After a menu is set by the
students, a list of items to be donated will go home. Each child should
bring their favorite board game from home, and will be able to play their
game with classmates.
