Responsible, Organized, Committed-to-Learning Kids!

Can you believe we have already finished the first quarter of the school year??? Time flies when you are having so much fun!

The fun will continue these next nine weeks. Students will continue to learn lots of exciting things like multiplication, simple machines, the history of Greece and Rome, and further develop their reading skills. You can help at home by talking to your child about what they are learning, assisting with homework, signing planners, and completing the SOL challenges. 3rd graders are doing an excellent job with their weekly challenges!!

Speaking of SOL challenges, the next Are You Smarter Than a 3rd Grader will be held on Thursday, Dec. 6 from 6-7pm.  There will be food and fun, so we hope you will plan to join us!

Conferences are this Monday, November 12th. If you didn't sign up for a time or can't make your scheduled time, please call the office to reschedule.  We look forward to sharing your child's progress with you!
