MY MISSION as a teacher is to be a facilitator in an effort to help my
students develop into independent and strategic learners. Building rapport
with my students, setting an expectation for each student, and adapting
content material to meet their needs and interests are my prime focal
points. My students will also spend alot of time analyzing data. Why? Simply
because this skill as well as many others are essential skills needed to work
in any workplace today. As my 'community of learners' continue to focus
throughout the year, they'll see in a greater capacity how the classroom can
be viewed as a model of our ever changing world.
