CURRENT GOAL ENDS JUNE 12TH!


A.R. (Accelerated Reader)  
      In our effort to encourage school and home reading, we have 
assigned each student a 15 minute per night goal for Accelerated 
Reader.  Each student will read books at an appropriate 
level and eventually take tests on our computers at school. If you 
would like to check if the book your child is reading is an AR book, 
go to the Artondale website library link to find a list of 
available A.R. books, levels and points. If the book your child is 
reading at home is not an AR book, we will have him/her read an AR 
book at school.  Have fun reading!

     Accelerated Reading folders will be coming home, beginning this 
week, as a part of our weekly homework. Students will record their 
15 minutes of reading each night in their folders. Please return the 
folder each Friday.
