This website offers tutorials and practice quizzes based on the Washington 
State GLE's.  There is limited access to this site for free, or you can 
purchase a package deal that will give you more.  It will also keep track of 
progress and report it back to you.

This website offers hint-step explanantions for the actual odd-numbered 
problems in most textbooks.  I am not sure if it contains CMP materials but 
it is worth a look for the Pre-Algebra student.  This site does charge a fee.
