About The Teacher
I have been teaching in the Cape Flattery School District for 21yrs. Many things have changed since my first years. The only thing that has not changed is my love for teaching. I started out teaching in Neah Bay and then transfered to Clallam Bay. I have taught 1st-12th Special Ed., 2nd grade, 3rd grade and now a combination class. I received my BA from Eastern Washington University and my MA from Grand Canyon University. I am always looking for ways to improve my teaching. By taking classes during the summer I always learn new information to share with my students. In my spare time I love to cheer on my girls in their sporting events (which takes up most of my spare time).I also enjoy being physically active, taking pictures, scrap booking and reading. I like to take our two dogs Hoppe and Thorvald (Weimaraners) up into the woods to run. By the way, this teacher loves chocolate and diet coke. Go Bruins and EAGLES
