Welcome to the 2009-2010 school year. I am excitied to be teaching a
multiage program with Mrs. Erickson. I have been in Clallam Bay Elementary
since 2004 and I love it. I always welcome parents to my classroom at anytime
(See FAQ on this webpage for all information about visiting). My husband and
I love to run and you may see us on the roads rain or shine. I love to read,
write, garden and walk or run with my husband. My favorite color is blue and
I love all fruit, especially cherries. I think that teaching is one of the
most enjoyable and challenging things that I do. I am looking forward to a
great year teaching your son or daughter in my class.
My goals for my class are based on the ideal that we are learning to:
~Read every day...alone or with a partner
~Do our addition and subtraction every day until we know math.
~Write every day until we can create a good sentence...watch how our teacher
writes a sentence.
~Learn to ask questions when we don't understand.
~Listen to our teacher, classmates, and recess people.
~Be safe and have fun!
