PTA Fundraising Facts

WHAT WE DO: This year our focus is “Back to the Basics.” Through community outreach and

fundraising efforts, we will be able to provide programs not normally offered or afforded, that help

enrich the lives of every student. Our PTA will continue to work hard to bring quality programs and

events for our community to enjoy.

The PTA will be funding:

Teacher Grants and Curriculum Funding -Supporting the purchase of classroom

supplies & books, Scholastic Newsletters, and updated teaching curriculum enhancements in

our effort to ease the burden of tightening budgets.

Artist in Residence Program - Professional artists who teach art, music or storytelling at

our school to all students.

Transportation costs associated with Field Trips, Kindergarten registration, 5th grade

track meet.

Legacy Account Contributions- These funds are used for larger purchases such as our

new play structure and sound system for assemblies.

Community Building Events - Carnival, Make a Difference Week, and Fox Hop.

To continue to provide these programs and events, the PTA will be offering many fundraising choices
for our families to choose from this year:
