Hello! My name is Miss Jenny Grimm and I am very excited to be returning to
Dower for my fourth year teaching Kindergarten. I recently graduated from
Pacific Lutheran University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary
Education with an emphasis in Language and Literacy and a minor in Religion.
Last year I obtained my Professional Certificate by completing the online WaProteach Portfolio. I also
began classes to obtain a Master's of Education degree at University of Washington-Tacoma this
summer (2012) with an endorsement in teaching English Language Learners. I have always had a strong
passion to educate - especially the little ones. They're my favorite :)
In my free time I enjoy reading, spending time with friends and family, and traveling. I look forward to a
very fun and adventurous year with my new class of smart learners.
