September: 5 Components of Fitness:

1.  Body Composition: Skin, fat, muscles, bones and organs. Take good care 
of your body. Eat right, exercise and get plenty of sleep.
2.  Cardio-Respiratory Endurance- Heart/Lung/exercise for a long time- more 
than 20 minutes. Example: playing soccer for longer than 20 minutes.
3.  Flexibility - stretches - The ability to move your joints through a full 
range of motion.
5.  Muscular Endurance-To use your muscles with force over a long period of 
time. Example: riding your bike for longer than 20 min.
6.  Muscular Strength- The amount of force a muscle can exert. Carrying 
several pieces of wood into the house.
