Some information the kids need to know.

Heart Rate:
     -the number of times the heart beats per minute.

Resting Heart Rate: 
      -the number of times your heart beats per minute while at rest.       
(Right as you natually wake up works best, not if you wake to an alarm!!)

Target Heart Rate:
      -the heart rate that should be reached during exercise to gain cardio 
respiratory health benefits.

Maximum Heart Rate:
      -220 minuse your age = the maximum number of heart beats per minute.
