BOOK FAIRS:
We will be continuing in our partnership with Scholastic to bring you two Book
Fairs this year during both fall and spring conference weeks.

YEAR ROUND FUNDRAISING:
We have many opportunities to raise money for our children's education while
at the same time purchasing items that we need for our homes and lives. Here
are some of the year round fundraising we are involved in:
~eScrip (Through Safeway)
~WaMoola for Schools (Through Chase)
~Target's "Take Charge of Education"
~Albertson's Community Partners
~Tyson A+
~Boxtops for Education
~Printer ink cartridge/Cell Phone recycling (Through eScrip)
~Dinners Out fundraising
~Direct Donation through PayPal
For the first three, go to the eScrip, Chase, and/or Target
websites to designate Fryelands Elementary as your school. Every time you
use your Safeway Club Card, Chase Debit or Credit Card, and/or
your Target Card, these businesses will donate a percentage of your purchase
to our school. After you register, you don't even have to think about it
again.
At Albertsons, you will recieve a separate "Community Partners" card to scan
in whenever you shop.
For Tyson and Boxtops, you can turn in your boxtops and Tyson labels from
the packaging of many food products you buy at the store. We get ten cents
for each boxtop and twenty four cents each for each Tyson label. Go to
their websites for more information. (the links to these websites are on our
"links" page) You can bring your Boxtops and Tyson labels to your child's
classroom. They can be placed in the white buckets in each room.
For our Printer ink/Cell phone recycling program, just drop your ink
cartridge or old cell phone (sans SIM card) into the container at the table
inside the school entrance.
We also have our "Dinners out" fundraising opportunities several times through
out the school year. We'll let you know which restaurant is sponsoring us and
all you need to do is go eat!!!
Starting this year, If you would just like to make a direct donation to
Fryelands PTA, click on the convenient Paypal link at the top of this page.
The money will go directly to Fryelands PTA. We will provide you with a tax
donation receipt upon request. We will be disabling the Paypal function on
the website during our major fundraisers so we can keep an accurate total for
those events.
