Web Quest for Mulberry Street

And to Think You Saw It Around the World!

Web Quest

In Dr. Seuss' book And to Think I Saw It on Mulberry Street as a boy travels home he sees magnificent things. Some things he sees are real while others are imaginary. Throughout the world are all types of peculiar and fascinating things. With this Web Quest you will travel to many conuntries to gather infomration about common and unusual places.


DIRECTIONS:

  • Click on each website below and answer the questions accompanying int.
  • After answering each section click on the back button and scroll down for your new question.


Let's start our journey by traveling to Chile. Put on your seatbelt and let's go!

  2. What kinds of jobs do you think the people in Chile have?
  3. Check your answers by scrolling down and reading about the Economy.


Now let's head out again to the northeast to India and the Tajmahal.

One more stop! Let's head northeast toward the ruins of Greece to see the beautiful and intriguing buildings there.

  2. Why is this building your favorite?
  3. These buildings have been standing for 2000 years. How do you think that is posible?


I wish we had more time to visit more places. Maybe you could do that on your own and e-mail (using the mailbox at the top of the screen) me what you have found.
