Homework has begun! Every Tuesday students bring home a packet of homework! It is do the
following Tuesday. Fact tests and Spelling tests are given either Monday or Tuesday. So be ready for
either.
Here is my homework policy:
Homework is graded under Life Long Learning Skills. Homework quality, accuracy, and completion
are student & family responsibilities. I will provide homework and alert parents when it has not been
turned in. Students & families can choose to complete homework at Homework Club on Tuesday and
Friday mornings at 8am, or during first recess in the library. Not participating in homework practice
will affect how quickly students master spelling, math facts, reading fluency, cursive fluency, and
writing habits.
