Your group will research a Washington City to visit. After you've
researched history, geography, location, and more, you will divide up into 4
different roles to research the trip costs and itinerary. You will gather
information and take notes on options and cost. You will bring your notes
back to the whole team. With the gathered information teams will design a
fun 3 day vacation for a family of four for $1,000. You will then create
an Imovie or PowerPoint presentation to convince tourists that Seattle isn't
the only great city in Washington.
Roles
Transportation- Research train, car, ferry, and plane costs
Map Makers- Research routes and figures out milage for the round trip
Entertainment- Research possible activities that the families may enjoy
doing.
Food and Lodging- Research possible lodging and does a food budget
