Hello!  I am glad you are here!  Let me introduce myself.  My name is Jody Sanders.  I have my BA from Washington State University and my Masters from Lesley University.  I live in Clallam Bay with my husband, three dogs, corn snake, a tree frog, and a ring-neck dove.  I have quite an interesting zoo.  I love the beach and creating fun things from the items I find while beach-combing.  I also love to learn!  I hope you do too!

Where I live on the Clallam River, I sometimes get interesting visitors:

This guy (or gal) was in our backyard eating our hemlock saplings!  What a treat to see this up close!

One day, while fishing, this sea lion cow was taking a rest on the buoy that is near where we live.

Mission For Our Class

The mission for our class this year is to become a community of learners. We will practice our social skills as well as learn to reflect on our work and set goals to reach, both academically and socially. We will do this while having fun!!!!!
