In order to student-athletes to participate during the summer, they must turn in the following by May 29^th:  

1. Athletic packet which they can pick up immediately in the ASB office.  We need all paperwork signed just like we would for the regular season.  Basically we are requiring athletes to get cleared in the spring for the following school year (without participation fees and grade checks)

2. Proof of an updated physical.  Good news is that physicals are NOW GOOD FOR TWO YEARS.  The district agreed to follow WIAA guidelines and no longer require physicals every year. 

To ensure eligibility for summer 2012 & 2012-2013 school year:

1. Pick up your SPORTS PACKET from the Prairie ASB office:
