This semester we will be learning topics from chemistry, biology, earth
science and physics using examples that connect student’s own lives and relate
to their local and global communities.
Right now we are working on how can we feed the planet - is there enough food
to feed the world and what can we do to ensure no one goes hungry? This month
we are focusing our learnings on plants; growing plants, plant terminology,
plant cells and eventually a genetics unit.
