Due Each Week:
Reading Logs:
Students are to read a book of their choice for 20 minutes each day. Reading Logs are due each Friday and a parent signature is required for full credit.
Vocabulary Flashcards: UPDATED!!
Each week students are responsible for learning a set of word parts. To help do this, the are to create a set of flashcards that includes the word part on the front side and the meaning of the word part, an illustration of the meaning, and at least three example words that have the word part in them on the backside of the flashcard. The weekly flashcards are due on Mondays. Students have the vocabulary for the next three weeks in their LA/SS Notebook so they can work ahead if they choose
