Weekly Reading/Book Log Homework:
Students are required to read for 15-20 minutes every night. They should
be reading a book at their reading level. I can help if you are having
difficulty finding a book. The reading is practice and should be done
INDEPENDENTLY. Ask to see the student's "book bag" for info on nightly
reading requirements and book projects and check out the Reading and Writing
documents page of this web site for instructions.
Weekly Spelling Homework:
The spelling page or pages will be assigned twice a week. It will always be
due the next day. Each student has their own spelling words on a weekly list
and in a ziplock bag of flash cards.
They are expected to study these words every night. They will be tested on
these words every Friday and new words will be added to their lists and bags
weekly.

Wednesday 11-11: NO SCHOOL - 15 minutes independent reading and book log;

Friday 11-13: 15 minutes independent reading and book log; Book Log due
Monday; Spelling Test
