Book Donations

Do you have gently-used books around your house that your family has
outgrown? The Marshall Middle School Library gladly accepts donations that
may either be new to us or may replace existing worn copies. In exchange,
you will receive a gift from us of a book or poster (limit one gift per
year).
If your books are not middle school level, we are able to offer them to Orca
Books for credit. That credit is then used to build and maintain our
library collection. You may take your donations directly to Orca Books,
located at 509 E 4th Avenue in downtown Olympia, and ask them to apply any
credit to the Marshall Middle School credit account. Orca will accept books
in good condition, preferably paperback, with no writing inside.
Occasionally they will turn away a book because they already have several
copies of that title.
