Third graders students study Culture: People, Places, and the Environment out of Houghton Mifflin's Communities textbook. We will start with Cultures within our Community, then Our Native American Past, and last Making Global Connections. Our final project will be a CBA (Classroom Based Assessment) called Humans in the Environment.
