Growth Mindset

Carol Dweck's theory tells us that intelligence is not a fixed thing or something that people can never change.  Through hard work and effort, everyone can learn.
Students with a growth mindset are more persistent and willing to pursue difficult problems.  People with a fixed mindset see mistakes as failure.  A growth mindset sees an opportunity for reflection and future success.
All students are capable of learning and success.  It simply takes some students longer than others.  We want students to live and breathe..."I can't do it...yet".

Learning takes effort...and it's worth it.

Make mistakes...reflect...learn.
