About The Teacher

This is my fourth year teaching at Woodbrook and I am thrilled to be back. I have a Masters in Teaching degree with a specialty in Mathematics and Science from the Evergreen State College (yes, I'm a Geoduck!) and I am endorsed in both elementary and middle school levels.

Other jobs I've had include Yellowstone Park tour guide, Girl Scout leader, medical sales executive, rental car agent, ski bunny (lesson sales, actually) and lab tech. I gave it all up to work with young people. I enjoy helping youth along their journey to become successful, happy and productive members of society. 

My hobbies include hiking, camping, hanging out with my family, and most of all, traveling and learning about different cultures.
