I have been teaching for 19 years, and this year is my 13th year in
Auburndale. For 12 years I taught 7-12 grade special education. I chose to
take a new position because I was ready for a change and enjoyed studing
Wisconsin History as my older children went through 4th grade.
I am a Marshfield native and I received my Bachelors degree
from UW-Eau Claire and my Masters degree in 2004 from Silver Lake. I am
very active with the district's mentoring program.
I have been married for 15 years and have 3 childen, Jenna age 14, Scott
Junior age 11, and Jessica age 4. My older children attend school in
Marshfield and my youngest daughter will be in 4-K in Auburndale.
When I'm not teaching I enjoy scrapbooking, sewing, and cake and cookie
decorating. I also spend a great deal of time volunteering in my community.
I have served as secretary for the Silver Laces Figure Skating Club and the
team rep. for my son's hockey team.
