About The Teacher
I am a graduate of UW -LaCrosse and have also attended the University of Caen,France,the University of Houston, UW-Stevens Point, UW-Madison, and Silver Lake College. I have experience teaching English, French, Spanish, and American history in grades 7-12 in communities such as Houston, Texas; Washburn and Bayfield, WI and Rio, WI. I have taught English at Auburndale since 1996. I began the Spanish program in 1998 until a full-time teacher was hired. I taught two classes of U.S. history for three years. This year I will be teaching French II on the ITV network, World Languages and Literature (Grade 8) and English 11 & 12. My husband Chris and I have 3 sons: Ben (30), Dan (29) and Jon (25). Dan and his wife Anna have 5 children, Lucas (9), Leia (8), Tyler (6), Trinity (4) and Joseph (20 months). Jon and his wife Melissa have been married for a year.
